Crafted with mainland peat sourced from St Fergus, this distinctive release showcases a bold, smoky profile layered with rich complexity at a peat level of 53 PPM. Matured in a single Chinquapin virgin oak barrel, the whisky has developed deep notes of dark chocolate, spiced orange, and warming honeycomb, all seamlessly brought together by an earthy, smoky character.

NOSE: Caramelised biscuit, cherries and mocha, followed by spiced orange, dark chocolate and liquorice.
TASTE: Salted caramel, smoked almonds and grilled honeycomb, followed by liquorice, black cherries and spiced apple, with candied ginger and muscovado sugar.
