Matured in a single Pedro Ximénez Sherry hogshead cask, the whisky reveals layers of spiced fruit, honeyed sweetness and roasted nuts, beautifully balanced by rich mocha tones and a gentle thread of smoke.

NOSE: Crystalised ginger, raisin butter and mocha, followed by heather honey, spiced orange, plum jam and smoked hazelnuts.
TASTE: Smoked almonds, honeycomb and fig syrup, followed by brandied orchard fruits and treacle tart, with spiced orange and plum jam.
