On the 26th September 2023, The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited launched Meikle Tòir. Meaning ‘big pursuit’ in Scottish Gaelic, Meikle Tòir represents our team’s tireless pursuit to carefully cask-perfect a peerless peated single malt at our Speyside home, The GlenAllachie Distillery.
In the last three years, our core range has grown to four award-winning expressions: The Original, The Sherry One, The Chinquapin One, and our annual small-batch release, The Turbo, which has seen three instalments so far. Alongside these expressions, we have recently introduced single casks and distillery hand-fill bottlings.
THE SINGLE CASK COLLECTION
In 2025, we welcomed a collection of single casks within our range of peated single malts. These casks were carefully hand-selected by Billy, and each one tells its own unique story. The first two online exclusives sold out within 24 hours, showcasing how well received they were. Building on the success of these single casks, we have since collaborated with our international partners to launch hand-selected market-exclusive single casks.
There is a limited number of bottles remaining of the Online Exclusive 3.0 #2300 2021 Chinquapin Virgin Oak Barrel. Matured in a single Chinquapin virgin oak barrel, bottled at its natural cask strength of 65.8% ABV and with a peat level of 53 PPM, the resulting whisky has developed deep notes of dark chocolate, spiced orange and warming honeycomb, all seamlessly brought together by an earthy, smoky character.
THREE YEARS OF DISTINCTION
Our core range has received wonderful acclaim in the past three years. Most notably, The Original and The Sherry One were awarded Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2026. The Chinquapin One was awarded a Gold medal at the Scotch Whisky Masters 2026.
We are incredibly grateful that our core range expressions have been recognised across multiple prestigious awards.
